PUTNAM COUNTY – Sale prices for residential properties rebounded in January 2022. The Sherwood Forest neighborhood was popular drawing two of the top five residential sales. This month’s most expensive residential property transaction came in at $945,000. The second highest residential property sale was close behind at $850,000.
