UCBJ Lists: Putnam County’s top residential transactions in January 2022

PUTNAM COUNTY – Sale prices for residential properties rebounded in January 2022. The Sherwood Forest neighborhood was popular drawing two of the top five residential sales. This month’s most expensive residential property transaction came in at $945,000. The second highest residential property sale was close behind at $850,000. Here are the most expensive home transactions in Putnam County for January 2022.

Disclaimer: The two top real estate sales overall for January 2022 each had a house located on the property; however, due to the nature of the sales and the apparent redevelopment plans, it was determined that they do not meet the guidelines to be included in the top sales list.
