The Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors will celebrate 50 years Aug. 21, according to the Cookeville–Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber).

“Join us to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors,” said the Chamber.

UCAR is an organization comprised of real estate professionals with a singular mission: “To ensure a positive voice of real estate in the Upper Cumberland while promoting and protecting real estate ownership, providing education and training, embracing new technology and being active in the community.”

“Let’s take a moment to recognize the incredible real estate professionals right here in our community! Our local realtors are not just experts in the housing market; they are champions of service, integrity and excellence,” according to a statement by Amanda Wiegand-Selby, President of UCAR. “With an unmatched passion for helping you find your dream home; they turn every property search into a personalized journey. The organization wants to lead the way.

“UCAR is a dedicated organization of real estate professionals committed to leading the way in fostering a positive community image and being the primary source of real estate information,” says the Chamber. “Their experts are more than just transaction facilitators; they are passionate community advocates.”
