UCAR has nearly 600 members
The Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors (UCAR), a nonprofit who says it wants “to be a leader in creating a positive community image,” recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. The Cookeville–Putnam County Chamber of Commerce was on hand for the celebration.

“Today, we celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors,” said the Chamber at the time. “UCAR has spent the last half-century leading the way in real estate.”
UCAR has nearly 600 members, and according to the Chamber they do much more than simply handle transactions.
50 years – UCAR recently celebrated 50 years in the community.
“They’re dedicated advocates for our community,” said the Chamber. “Congratulations to their board, staff and members for 50 years of excellence and dedication.”
