Facility Serves Individuals Seeking Stress Relief, Improved Recovery
(UCBJ) – The Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) recently celebrated the grand opening ribbon-cutting of The Recovery Room, a new luxury wellness and recovery studio located at 442 W. Main Street in Algood.
Community leaders, business owners and members of the public were on hand for the event.
“We are excited to celebrate the grand opening of The Recovery Room Cookeville! This luxury wellness and recovery studio is focused on helping our community reset, recharge and perform at their best, offering float therapy (private rooms, not pods), infrared sauna with red light, vertical cold plunge and contrast therapy, all designed to support physical and mental well-being,” according to the Chamber.
The Recovery Room offers:
- Private float therapy rooms
- Infrared sauna with red light therapy
- Vertical cold plunge
- Contrast therapy experiences
