New auction division is another “tool in the belt” for RECO

Cookeville –  The Real Estate Collective (RECO) hosted a grand opening ribbon cutting for its new auction division Thursday, Aug. 24 at 2:30 at its RECO office, 20 W. Broad Street in Cookeville.

“The Real Estate Collective Auction team is comprised of three incredible members, including Jerry (JJ) Payne, Jeff Eddlemon and Eli Duncan who leads the charge in planning, preparing and executing both live and online auctions,” said RECO in a release. “The RECO Auctions group offers expertise in a variety of services including real estate, personal property, equipment and nonprofit benefit auctions.”

Every team member is pivotal in the company’s success.

“Payne brings seven years of auctioneer experience and expertise to the Auction division,” according to Reco. “Eddleman also plays a pivotal role as a newly licensed principal auctioneer, contributing five years of real estate experience. Duncan serves as the linchpin of the RECO Auction group, acting as the go-to person for all things tech. Responsible for overseeing and maintaining online bids and interactions during in-person auctions, Eli ensures seamless digital engagement.”

How will the newly minted auction division impact existing and future clients. RECO owner and principal broker Amber Flynn-Jared says the division is a new tool in the belt.

“RECO Auctions adds a new tool in the belt of our agents to continue providing the utmost service to our clients,” she said. “The auction route is a viable option for sellers who are looking to maximize their return, minimize their efforts, and have a definitive sell by date. JJ and Jeff are two of the finest men you’ll meet, and they know how to get the job done.”

RECO will also be hosting an in-person auction Saturday, Sept. 9 at 10 a.m. at 2319 Pistole Road in Sparta. For more information or to learn more about RECO auctions visit letsgoreco.com.
