COOKEVILLE – The Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber celebrated the opening of The Nail Academy with a ribbon cutting on Feb. 28. The Nail Academy is located at 257 S. Willow Avenue, Suite A, in Cookeville and is open for enrollment Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call 931-252-2456.
