Collective specializes in permanent makeup
Cookeville – Beauty, Cosmetic and personal care company The Ivy Collective (the Collective) is hosting a grand opening Friday Aug. 18 at 4:30 p.m.
The Collective specializes in permanent makeup like eyebrows, eyeliner and lip blushing and fine-line tattoos, hairstyling and nail art. Guests are welcome to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony and stay after for the grand opening party.
