The acquisition is the sixth site for SRM in Tennessee
Warren County – SRM Materials has acquired Tri-County Stone Company in Morrison according to a press release by the company.
“We are excited to bring the Tri-County team on board at SRM Materials,” said SRM Materials President, Ryan Hollingshead. “This synergistic acquisition will complement our existing quarries in Cowan and Woodbury.”
The acquisition is the sixth site for SRM in Tennessee.
“We look forward to working alongside our new team members and supplying aggregate to our customers in the area,” said Hollingshead.
The Materials division of SRM has grown to 23 sites across eight states specializing in limestone, river rock and sand products.
