Scooters opened its first shop in 1998 in Bellevue, Nebraska
“Things are really coming together. Building is basically complete, equipment is being installed,” according to officials with Scooters Coffee, what may be the newest Coffee obsession in McMinnville.
Located at 835 Smithville Highway, the Coffee Shop and Juice Bar is scheduled to open in Late July. Scooters opened its first shop in 1998 in Bellevue, Nebraska. Co-founded by Don and Linda Eckles, the duo built a chain on five keys to success:
- find a great location
- stay committed to high-quality drinks
- speed of service
- and a BIG smile
