Auctions feature real estate properties and dedicated auctions for nonprofit benefits
Cookeville – The Real Estate Collective Auction Division officially launched their auction division last week at 20 W Broad Street in Cookeville.
“We celebrated the official launch of The Real Estate Collective Auction Division,” according to the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce. “Led by JJ Payne, Jeff Eddlemon and Eli Duncan, this division offers a comprehensive range of services, including in-person and online auctions.”
The auctions feature a variety of items such as real estate properties, personal belongings, equipment and dedicated auctions for nonprofit benefits.
“Congratulations to the newest addition to the RECO team,” said the Chamber.
RECO will also be hosting an in-person auction Saturday, Sept. 9 at 10 a.m. at 2319 Pistole Road in Sparta.
“The Real Estate Collective Auction team is comprised of three incredible members … who leads the charge in planning, preparing and executing both live and online auctions,” said RECO in a release.
