Members can now enjoy brand-new massage chairs and more
Planet Fitness (PF), at 400 Dubois Road in Cookeville, was scheduled for a ribbon-cutting to celebrate its remodel in Cookeville Nov. 6 at 11 a.m. That event has now been rescheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 2:30 p.m.
The Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) will still be on hand for the event.
“We are excited to celebrate Planet Fitness and their newly remodeled Cookeville location,” according to the Chamber.
PF has been a part of the community for 11 years. This is the location’s first renovation. It includes:
- a modern front desk
- updated bathrooms
- new ceramic tile flooring throughout the entrance and Black Card Spa
“Members can now enjoy brand-new massage chairs, HydroMassage beds, and an upgraded hybrid tanning system that combines red light and UV technology,” according to the Chamber.
Changes include:
- a new Strength and Mobility Room
- a power rack
- the XL PF 360 functional training system
- all-new cardio equipment
- additional plate-loaded strength machines
