Caroline Sapp is the new Secretary of the Board for the 2026 Sparta White County Chamber of Commerce & Tourism (WCCT), according to a release.

“We are thrilled to introduce Caroline Sapp as the new Secretary of the Board for the 2026 Sparta White County Chamber of Commerce & Tourism. Caroline, who founded her own law firm, provides clients with the genuine care and attention they deserve,” according to the release.

Sapp personally oversees every case at the firm.

“With a hands-on approach, she personally oversees each case, ensuring that her clients feel supported throughout their legal journey. Specializing in cases involving automobile, trucking and motorcycle accidents, Caroline is committed to achieving the best financial results for those she represents,” according to the release. “After returning to her hometown of Sparta, Tennessee, in 2021, she established her firm, embodying the spirit of a compassionate neighbor. Caroline’s dedication to her community shines as she treats her clients with the same kindness she would offer her own family.”

Denny Wayne Robinson, White County’s Executive, will also return as the Treasurer of the Board for WCCT. According to the Chamber, Robinson is dedicated to:

  • enhancing economic development
  • workforce training
  • education
  • improving county government efficiency

Robinson is currently a part of various boards and committees in the Upper Cumberland.

“Denny holds leadership roles as Chairman of the Tri-County Railroad Authority and the Center Hill Rural Planning Organization, and he is a member of the Legislative Committee for the Association of County Mayors,” according to the release.

He also serves on:

  • The Upper Cumberland Development District
  • The Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency
  • among others
