COOKEVILLE – The Mortgage Investors Group (MIG) recently celebrated their new office location with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce. They welcomed guests with an open house and provided a tour of their new space.
MIG is a growing mortgage lender in the Southeast building on a proven track record as a long-time industry leader. The Knoxville based company was founded in 1989. It has been the Tennessee Housing Development Agency’s (THDA) top lender annually since 2003, as well as the Volunteer State’s leading USDA lender every year since 2014.
