Tickets are $40 per person or $500 for a reserved table sponsorship

The Cookeville Regional Charitable Foundation’s Heart Fund “Women’s Heart” event has an official event date. The event is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 5 2026, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Leslie Town Centre in Cookeville.

“This impactful evening will include a reception and appetizer hour, a seated dinner, a heart health presentation and an awards ceremony,” according to a release by the hospital. “Sponsored by Tennessee Heart, the event will feature a keynote presentation by Cardiologist Dr. Carlos Podesta and will culminate with the prestigious Martin Coffey Cardiovascular Service Award. Attendees will also hear inspiring testimonials from heart patient Sam LeFave.”

Tickets are $40 per person or $500 for a reserved table sponsorship and can be purchased at www.CookevilleRegionalCharity.org or by calling 931-783-2003.

“Please note that all tickets must be purchased in advance, as no tickets will be sold at the door,” according to the release.

Proceeds support the Heart Fund, which provides essential assistance to local cardiac patients.

Services include:

  • access to life-saving equipment
  • medications
  • health services
  • transportation
  • other critical home needs

“The Women’s Heart event is expected to raise an estimated 75% of the funds needed to continue these vital services for the year,” according to the release.

Tennessee Heart is the presenting sponsor and Quality Home Health is the “Go Red” sponsor.
