COOKEVILLE – The Board of Trustees at Cookeville Regional Medical Center passed a resolution at its July meeting recognizing board member Wayne Spain for his years of service on the hospital board. Spain’s term ends July 31. Dr. Scott Copeland M.D., F.A.C.S., surgeon with Middle Tennessee Surgical Specialists, LLC, has been appointed by the Cookeville City Council to fill the vacant seven-year seat beginning in August.
