Homes range from one-story cottages to two-story homes

Banner Built Homes is launching Stoneview, its first Crossville community, at its grand opening event Feb. 1. The community will include 48 cottage-style homes in seven distinct floor plans, according to a release by the company.

The event will run from 2 to 4 p.m.

Stoneview, which ranges from one-story cottages to two-story homes, was developed in three phases.

Base prices range from the high $200,000s to $354,900, with included features like granite countertops, shaker-style cabinets, stainless steel appliances and 9-foot first-floor ceilings,” according to a release by the company. “Stoneview offers future residents’ easy access to downtown Crossville, the interstate and outdoor recreation. The walkable community is designed for both convenience and lifestyle, just minutes from local shopping, dining and the state’s best golf courses.”
