In America, small business numbers have increased, with many small-business owners showing optimism in the market. Small businesses constitute 99.9% of all US enterprises.
Small businesses represent over 1.5 million jobs annually in the U.S. with the global market for small businesses reaching $4.985B by 2032. According to sources, the customer focus has swayed toward customer hyperpersonalization and enhances experiences.
