There is dirt moving in Cookeville.
If you have driven by the Honda Dealership at 560 Neal Street in Cookeville, you may have noticed construction has begun on the empty lot across the street.
According to official sources, once the dirt is moved, the foundation is laid and the dust has settled, a commercial flex space project will fill the space.
“Individual suites with office space and flex space to do whatever the business activity needs,” according to the source.
Think business park with small spaces for small businesses. No word on which businesses may set up shop in the future, but these sorts of buildings fill up fast.
It’s all about location, and that tract of land is ideal for growth.
