First Freedom Bank adds customer service rep

COOKEVILLE – Mallory Doyle has joined First Freedom Bank as a customer service representative at the bank’s Cookeville office.

Doyle was previously employed with Lynx Incorporated in Indianapolis as an account manager. While in that position, she earned the “Highest Sales for the Company” award and the “Boss’ Right Hand Man” award. This award is given to an employee that shows the most initiative and drive.

The Cookeville branch, formally FSG Bank, is located at 376 W. Jackson St.

“We are very pleased to have Mallory as a member of the First Freedom team,” Kenny Beavers, senior vice president and director of retail banking, said. “She possesses excellent customer service skills, and always greets the customer with a warm smile and a friendly hello.”

Doyle graduated from Lebanon High School in 2014. She was born and raised in Watertown and currently resides in Cookeville.
