Finale Set for October 24 With Trick-or-Treating and Haunted Tours
(UCBJ) – Can you sense fall in the air and spooky season lurking?
Livingston can, and Overton County is gearing up for its annual Fall-O-Ween, an autumn celebration centered on Historic Livingston Square. In September, festivities begin and fall decorations transform Livingston Square.
Visitors can:
- explore local shops and eateries along the Boo-tiques Bites & Brews Trail
- take in fall foliage on the Leaf-Peeper Parkway Driving Tour
- uncover local history through the Overton County Forgotten Files Interactive Experience
The Fall-O-Ween Finale is set for October 24 and will include “trick-or-treating on the square and around Central Park, mule-drawn wagon rides, costume contests for people and pets and the Fall-O-Ween Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony,” according to a release.
The evening will also feature a Night at the Museum event at the Overton County Heritage Museum and Haunted Historic Walking Tours led by storyteller Darren Shell.
