Cumberland Medical Center is a Joint Commission fully accredited acute care facility

Cumberland Medical Center (CMC), a Joint Commission fully accredited acute care facility located in Crossville, has announced it has partnered with Mothers’ Milk Bank of Tennessee to open a Milk Drop Depot at its Crossville facility.

“This depot provides a convenient place for milk donors to donate their frozen milk, benefiting local infants,” according to a release by CMC. “Donations can be dropped off at Cumberland Medical Center’s Labor and Delivery Department Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST.

CMC recently held a ribbon-cutting celebration, which included private tours of the facility

“Thank you to everyone who attended our ribbon cutting and private tours,” said CMC in a statement. “Special thanks to Shannon and her precious family for their first donation to the Milk Drop Depot. Your generosity is truly inspiring!”
