Provision Realty Group Marks Its First Anniversary After Serving 77 families and growing to seven agents
(UCBJ) — Provision Realty Group (PRG), a Cookeville-based real estate brokerage, is celebrating its first anniversary. The company has grown and expanded over the past year, according to Broker and Owner Sabrina Brazle.
It has surpassed $29 million in sales, served 77 families and expanded its presence beyond the Upper Cumberland into Greater Nashville and East Tennessee. The company has also grown to a team of seven agents, according to a release.
PRG has “continued to build its business primarily through repeat clients, referrals, professional relationships and word of mouth.” That growth has reinforced the company’s commitment to maintaining a personal approach as its reach expands.
The vision is to create a brokerage focused on:
- Professional excellence
- Individualized agent development
- Relationship-driven client service
“I wanted to create the kind of company I wished existed, one where agents are genuinely supported without being expected to fit into one predetermined mold,” Brazle said.
PRG wants to continue investing in technology, marketing and resources for its agents.
“Growth for us isn’t about getting bigger simply for the sake of being bigger,” Brazle said. “It’s about increasing our capabilities, expanding our expertise and continually finding better ways to serve our clients.”
