COOKEVILLE – Cookeville Realtor Donnita Hill has just received the highest honor that Exit Realty Corp International can bestow – Agent of the Year. Hill has earned the title of ‘Top Agent in the Southeast Region,’ which includes four states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee.
She is quick to recognize those who helped her make this achievement possible, and expressed her heartfelt gratitude on Facebook, stating, “I am so blessed to be able to be in a business that I dearly love and use my God-given talent every day to make a difference for as many people that I can. Although 2020 was a very challenging year for all business people, many wonderful opportunities were given to those who stood up to the task and worked until they were accomplished. I appreciate you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart!”
The Exit Realty Awards, which was a virtual event this year, were held on Feb. 24, and hosted by Exit Southeast regional owners, Stacy Strobl and Kenny Lynn, from Jason Aldean’s Bar in Nashville. The event recognized many Exit agents from across the entire Southeast Region.
Hill came out on top, receiving the highest award that can be given to an individual agent, and said, “I am very humbled and appreciative for this award. I have always done as my parents taught…give 110% and then some.”
Hill has consistently earned top accolades in the real estate field. She has been the number one Realtor in the Upper Cumberland for 40 years, and Exit’s number one agent in Tennessee since 2016. Now, Hill has Exit Southeast Agent of the Year 2020 to add to her extensive repertoire of achievements in her 43 years of success in her real estate career here in the Upper Cumberland.
