The property appraised at $12,420,000
Putnam County – Monday night the Putnam County Commission approved on first reading the purchase of the old Putnam County Fairgrounds property by E2L Real Estate Solutions for future business expansion.
E2L has developed properties across the southeast, and several retailers are in talks to occupy the property. The property appraised at $12,420,000. E2L agreed to that price.
