CELINA – Cumberland River Hospital (CRH) in Celina will reopen with clinic services beginning Nov. 15. The hospital plans to open with emergency room and full hospital services on Jan.1. Crossville-based Rural Hospitals and Clinics of America purchased the hospital from CRMC in July and has been working since then to get the deeds and licenses transferred in order to begin providing services.
