Remodel added a customer service hub including improved and upgraded digital tools

Carthage – The Carthage Tractor Supply has completed remodeling, apart from a few odds and ends, and the enhanced features aim to improve layout and accessible shopping, according to a press release by the company.

Michelle Wishard, manager of the Carthage Tractor Supply store, says she is excited about the transformation.

“At Tractor Supply, we constantly work to improve the customer experience, from product offerings to in-store features. These exciting upgrades have completely transformed our store, making it an even better option for customers shopping for Life Out Here,” said Wishard. “We are excited for customers to visit our new space that now features more products than ever before, including our new apparel department, expanded feed and food selection and broader tool assortment. We know that customers will love these upgrades as much as we do, and we hope to share them with both familiar and new faces from the Carthage community.”

With customer service at its focus, the remodel also added a “customer service hub” including improved and “upgraded digital tools” and an expanded choice of apparel, tools, hardware, pet food and animal feed.

The redux of the Carthage location also includes a pet wash station complete with professional grade equipment as well as all kinds of other toys that will make Fluffy feel like royalty.

“With these enhancements, the Carthage Tractor Supply continues to serve the needs of homeowners, livestock and pet owners, gardeners, hobby farmers, ranchers, tradesmen and others,” according to the release. “Tractor Supply customers can shop from a wide range of products including workwear and boots, equine and pet supplies, zero turns and riding mowers, pet food, lawn and garden supplies, power tools, fencing, welding and more.”

In 2022, TSC operated 2,027 stores in 49 states. Last year, they looked to rebrand 81 stores purchased from Orschein Farm and Home.

Located at 59 Dixon Springs Highway, The Carthage Tractor Supply store is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. For more information, visit TractorSupply.com or Petsense.com.
