The development is a “fresh take on modern living”
On June 13, the city of Baxter and the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce will celebrate the grand opening of Legend Flats Townhomes.
“This beautiful new development offers a fresh take on modern living, and we’re thrilled to celebrate its arrival with a ribbon cutting you won’t want to miss,” according to the Chamber. “Please help us celebrate another milestone in Baxter’s continued growth and development.”
Lunch will be provided.
Located on Legends Circle in Baxter, Legends Flats is not currently listed on the GPS, according to the Chamber. For those wanting to celebrate the opening, follow the directions below:
- From I-40 East, take Exit 280 and head north on Highway 56
- Turn Left at Buffalo Valley Rd
- Subdivision entrance on the left past the Shell station
