Inside the group set to guide Overton County’s future

Twelve individuals were selected to participate in the Leadership Overton Class of 2026, according to The Livingston/Overton County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber). Leadership Overton is a comprehensive community leadership class, “designed to develop informed, engaged citizens throughout Overton County.

“From January through Nov. 2026, participants will explore government, economic development, health care, education, and other sectors that impact our community’s growth and quality of life, gaining a behind-the-scenes look at what makes Overton County work,” according to the Chamber.

The Leadership Overton Class of 2026 includes:

  • Amy Coffey
  • Laurie Crawford, President
  • Austin Dodson
  • Jarman Hicks
  • Kay Holbert
  • Stacy Johnson, Secretary
  • Ken Mabery, Vice President
  • Stacy McFall
  • Beth Officer

“We are excited to welcome this outstanding class. This group brings a great mix of backgrounds and experiences, and I’m proud to see them invest in themselves and our community. Investing in local leadership is one of the most important things we can do for Overton County’s future,” said Zach Stephens, President & CEO of the Livingston/Overton County Chamber of Commerce.
