Ribbon Cutting Scheduled For Sept. 2 at The Cooperative’s New Location Off Willow Avenue
(UCBJ) – Mental Health Cooperative will celebrate the opening of its new Cookeville location with a ribbon cutting scheduled for 10 a.m. Sept. 2.
The 8,000-square-foot facility is located at 979 Patriot Way in Cookeville, off Willow Avenue on a new road running parallel to Willow Avenue behind Bojangles and near the site of the new Culver’s.
“While the address has changed, everything else remains the same, including their unwavering commitment to the individuals and families they serve,” according to the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce.
Mental Health Cooperative says its team provides multiple levels of care, allowing individuals and families to receive support based on their individual needs.
“Their team offers therapy and psychiatry, medication management, care coordination, help with basic needs, and home visits, providing the most levels of care in the region so that no matter where your journey begins, you are never alone,” according to the release.
