2021 UC Home Show canceled

COOKEVILLE – After careful consideration regarding safety concerns around the COVID-19 virus, the Upper Cumberland Home Builders Association’s (UCHBA) Board of Directors has decided not to hold the 2021 Home and Garden Show scheduled for April 9-10.

“We certainly had high hopes for hosting the 2021 Upper Cumberland Home Show this spring, however after much discussion with our industry leaders, partners, and local officials we have come to the difficult decision to cancel the Upper Cumberland Home and Garden Show,” said UCHBA President Eric Walker in a statement. “We recognize the Home and Garden Show has been one of the largest events in the Upper Cumberland and we feel that this decision is best for our community and industry partners. This decision was not easy to make.

“The past year has been one for the record books with new homes, home improvement projects, remodels and upgrades,” the statement continued. “Even though we will not be hosting our event in April, we encourage all our patrons to check out our website www.uchba.com for a list of local vendors that support the Home and Garden Show and can help you with your upcoming projects. We will continue to look ahead and fully plan to continue the Home and Garden Show in the future.”
