WARREN COUNTY – Zaxby’s, a popular chain known for its prepared-at-order chicken, is opening its fourth Upper Cumberland location next week, officials have announced.
The new restaurant in McMinnville will open Monday at 511 N. Chancery St. with a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration at 9:30 a.m.
The 3,800-square-foot building will seat up to 70 patron. The restaurant plans to hire around 50 employees.
Zaxby’s considers itself an alternative to fast food. Menu items include chicken fingers, traditional or boneless wings, salads, sandwiches, appetizers, milkshakes and more.
Zaxby’s has two Putnam County locations, one on West Jackson Street, and a new store on Big Mac Drive in Algood. Its third Upper Cumberland location is in Crossville at 2540 N. Main St.
