Cookeville – WCTE PBS is celebrating 40 years of the “Great TV Auction” and Jamie’s Eats and Sweets of Cookeville fame is one of the major sponsors this year. The bakery has become a go to for visitors to Cookeville’s WestSide.

The 24/7 television and online auction will kick off June 3 at 10 a.m. and run through June 11th until midnight. It will also air every night June 7 through June 11 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m on WCTE PBS.

“The nine-day event will feature a number of items from gift cards to popular restaurants,” said WCTE PBS in a release, “to entertainment and overnight excursions, to fine jewelry, art and so much more. The WCTE PBS Great TV Auction is celebrating 40 years of tradition, and this year is no exception. Thanks to the many businesses that have donated items and the event sponsors, you will not be disappointed in the variety of auction items. Bidders will enjoy freely bidding 24/7 with online access and viewers will enjoy the nightly showcase on WCTE June 7-11th at 7pm.”
