UCBJ Lists: Putnam County’s top residential transactions in September 2021

PUTNAM COUNTY – Existing home sales have rebounded from August’s slight drop, and once again there were 34 property sales above the $400,000 mark. The most expensive residential property transaction in September was an in-town property with no significant acreage that sold for $1,400,000. The second highest residential property sale sold for $950,000 but included acreage. Here are the most expensive home transactions in Putnam County for September 2021.
