UCBJ Lists: Putnam County’s top residential transactions in June 2021

PUTNAM COUNTY – There was a lot of real estate changing hands last month in Putnam County with prices edging up. There were 34 property sales above the $400,000 mark.  The most expensive property transaction in June was 113.79 acres of agricultural property on Falling Water Road that sold for $950,000. The top residential property was a close second in price. Here are the most expensive home transactions in Putnam County for June 2021.
