UCBJ Lists: Putnam County’s top residential transactions in July 2021

PUTNAM COUNTY – The real estate market shows no signs of slowing, with 30 property sales above the $400,000 mark for the second consecutive month. The most expensive residential property transaction in July was an in-town property with no significant acreage that sold for $990,000. The second highest residential property sale was close second in price at $973,000. Here are the most expensive home transactions in Putnam County for July 2021.
