PUTNAM COUNTY – While building permits were at record levels for the year, existing home sales continued briskly in Putnam County. The sale prices of top residential sales dropped in December with the most expensive residential property transaction coming in at $755,000. The second highest residential property sale was close behind at $735,000. Here are the most expensive home transactions in Putnam County for December 2021.
