Registered deeds down from September 2022
Cookeville – Putnam County registered 225 property deeds in September, down from the same month in 2022 which saw 317. But there were some beautiful homes sold in the county, and the Upper Cumberland Business Journal brings you a list of some of the most beautiful.
Topping our list is the 5,561 square foot home at 125 N. Holly Street that sold for $1,035,100 (pictured above and below) in Monterey. It is a single family, five-bedroom home built in 1900.
