Elsewhere in the region Cumberland County sits at 4.1

Pickett County had Tennessee’s highest unemployment rate in May at 4.6%, up from April’s rate of 4%.

Elsewhere in the Upper Cumberland, Warren County has a rate of 3.6%, up slightly from 3.2%. Elsewhere, Cannon County sits at 2.9%, while Clay sits at 4.3%. Cumberland County sits at 4.1%, and DeKalb County landed at 3.7%.

Fentress stands at 3.4%, while Van Buren landed at 2.8%. Jackson County stands at 3.7% in May, and Macon County’s number stands at 2.9%. Overton stands at 3.2% while Putnam sits at 3.4%. Smith landed at 3%.

White County sits at 4.1% for the month.
