‘Tis the season for holiday photos at local Christmas tree farms

NASHVILLE– It may still feel like summer, but the calendar tells a different story. The holidays will be here before we know it. That’s why now is the perfect time to take photos for holiday cards, and local Christmas tree farms are the perfect setting.

Tree farms look picture-perfect all year long, and most maintain farm wagons, pathways, and other holiday scenes just for that purpose. Scheduling a photo session early is essential for busy families.

“We make sure to provide a great environment for holiday photos, and setting an appointment ensures that we can supply just that,” Sue Ward of Ward Grove Christmas Tree Farm said. “Please contact us ahead of time through Facebook or email to inquire about the availability of photography sessions.”

Farmers work hard to make each visit special because they depend on loyal customers. Some Christmas tree farms like, Country Cove Christmas Tree Farm near Murfreesboro, have been in business for decades and have customers who have visited their farm for more than 20 years.

“Our farm provides photographers with many options to capture those perfect holiday-themed moments,” Country Cove owner Jan Steiner said. “We also offer photo opportunities during the Easter, spring, and summer photography seasons.”

A directory of Tennessee Christmas tree farms is available at www.PickTNProducts.org and on the Pick TN mobile app. Pick Tennessee connects consumers to farms, farmers, and farm products. Follow Pick Tennessee on the Web, mobile app, and social media for seasonal updates and activities.
