COOKEVILLE – Tennessee Tech students and staff will no longer be required to wear face masks indoors.

According to a notice posted on the Tech website, “Beginning Oct. 26, face masks will be recommended and encouraged for indoor spaces, but not required for vaccinated individuals.”

The university still recommends that unvaccinated faculty, staff, students, vendors and visitors wear masks when indoors.

COVID-19 vaccinations are highly recommended. Vaccines are available on campus at Tech Health Services. Vaccines are given free of charge. Vaccinations are by appointment and can be scheduled by calling (931)372-3320.
