This Halloween, SH has snagged the property in Cookeville
Certain things are inevitable: Taxes, Death, breathing and Thanos.
Let’s add Spirit Halloween to the list, shall we? Every fall, as spooky season approaches, Spirit Halloween roams the earth like the walking dead in search of properties and empty buildings to set up. Masks, makeup and motion-activated goodies soon follow.
This Halloween, SH has snagged the property at 377 W Jackson Street in Cookeville, once filled by Party City. SH, which is a part of Spencer Spirit Holdings, does not publicly disclose its revenue, but the going estimate is $1B – $2B.
Most of the company’s revenue is generated between Labor Day and Halloween, according to reports.
The store maintains a year-round presence online.
