Pickett’s increase was seven-tenths of a percentage point over its January rate of 6%

(UCBJ) – Unemployment in the Upper Cumberland held steady in February, according to the State of Tennessee.

Warren County had a rate of 3.9%, while Cannon County had a rate of 3.2%.

Cumberland County sits at 4.9%, and DeKalb County landed at 4.1%. Fentress stands at 3.7% while Van Buren stands at 3.6%. Jackson County is up to 4.4%, and Macon County’s number sits at 3%.

Overton sits at 4.2%, and Putnam stands at 3.7%. Smith’s rate is 3.5%, and White County’s rate is 4.3%. Clay County sits at 4.7%, and Pickett County stands at 6.7%.
