One World multicultural evening date set

COOKEVILLE – One World, a student organization at Tennessee Tech will host its annual multicultural evening Tuesday, Sept. 14 at 6 p.m. on Centennial Plaza, outside the Roaden University Center.

Guests at the event will have the opportunity to take a box of curated international food to sample different cuisines from around the world.

One World introduces people with different cultures from around the world and encourages interactions that promote understanding and harmony. Members of One World seek common ground no matter where a person is from. 

This event is sponsored by the Center Stage series, which is made possible by Tech’s general education fund. It is free and open to the public.

In case of rain or inclement weather, the event will be held in the Multipurpose Room of the RUC.

The RUC is located at 1000 N. Dixie Ave., Cookeville.
