‘One on One with Becky Magura’ features Jack “Hippie” Stoddart

COOKEVILLE – WCTE PBS will premiere “One on One with Becky Magura” featuring Jack “Hippie” Stoddart on Thursday, Oct. 1 at 8:30 p.m. The premiere will be streamed simultaneously live on WCTE PBS’s YouTube TV channel and Facebook.

Stoddart is a fine art photographer, host of the nationally syndicated Americana music show, “JAMMIN’ AT HIPPIE JACK’s,” and host of “Jammin’ at Hippie Jack’s Appalachian Outreach Music and Arts Festival” on his farm in Crawford, TN. In 2015, Stoddart started focusing his time and energy into humanitarian efforts for Appalachians in former mining communities around Overton County.

“Becky Magura is such an incredible interviewer who knows how to make each person she interviews feel comfortable enough to open up and reveal something real and true about themselves; that only comes when both she and the person she interviews allow themselves to become slightly vulnerable,” said Brent Clark, director of content & digital media of WCTE PBS.

“One on One with Becky Magura” featuring Jack “Hippie” Stoddart will air throughout the month on WCTE PBS and stream on WCTE PBS’s YouTube TV channel and Facebook. The new season has a whole slate of inspiring people one will not want to miss!
