(UCBJ) – Nothing Bundt Cakes (NBC) is officially open at 377 W. Jackson Street in the shopping center in Cookeville, according to the company.
“Cookeville, we’re officially open,” NBC said in a release. We are so excited to be part of this amazing community and can’t wait to start bringing a little extra joy your way. Stop by, say hi, and treat yourself to something sweet. You deserve it!”
The company, acquired by Roark Capital in 2021, aims to reach 1,000 units by 2027. The new location comes as the company continues rapid growth. NBC recently celebrated its 700th bakery and is adding more than 100 locations annually.
