Primary Healthcare Group (PHG), recently held a ribbon-cutting on its new facility at 200 Highway 52 bypass West in Lafayette. PHG officials say they want to promote a healthy lifestyle.
“We’re here for your entire family from youngest to oldest,” according to PHG. “We practice to promote your healthy, holistic life. New patients are always welcome.”
Those in attendance were welcomed into an open house ceremony.
PHG services include:
- treatment for minor injuries
- illnesses
- infections
- diagnostic testing
- select prescription refills
