More major retailers requiring masks

COOKEVILLE – To mask or not to mask, that is the question. In this new world dominated by COVID-19 concerns, some retailers are requiring masks be worn in their establishments. Dollar Tree, for example, mandated masks last week and quietly reversed their position to just suggesting them this week. The UCBJ compiled a list to help guide you plan your shopping trip.

These businesses now require masks:

Family Dollar

Panera Bread

Starbucks

T J Maxx / HomeGoods

T-Mobile

Verizon

Mask Mandates starting soon, include:

Aldi: Starts Monday July 27

CVS: Starts Monday, July 20

GameStop: Starts Monday, July 27

Kohls: Starts Monday, July 20

Kroger: Starts Wednesday, July 22

Lowes: Starts Monday, July 20

Publix: Starts Tuesday, July 21

Sam’s Club: Starts Monday, July 20

Walgreens: Starts Monday, July 20

Walmart: Starts Monday, July 20

Sav A Lot: Masks encouraged

TJ Maxx and Homegoods state on their official site that customers are expected to wear a face covering while in our stores.

Dollar Tree

Dollar Tree is requiring all Associates and vendors to wear face coverings when inside our stores. It requests that its customers wear face coverings and require face coverings where required by state or local ordinance. The Company is providing face masks to Associates.
