LCB already has two mobile drive-thru coffee shops in the area

Cookeville-based Longhorn Coffee Bar, known for its rustic western theme, has announced it is opening a brick-and-mortar location in the city. The location is currently under construction at 490 East 10th Street near Tennessee Tech University.

According to reports, the new location will have seating for about 30 guests.

“Since the day we opened our first mobile coffee trailer in 2022, y’all have been asking for a cozy place to sit, sip and stay awhile – and it’s finally happening! By the grace of God and the blessing of great friends, Longhorn Coffee Bar is opening its very first brick-and-mortar location this fall. You can expect the same handcrafted drinks you love, now served in a warm and inviting sit-down environment perfect for catching up with friends, studying, or just relaxing with your favorite brew. We can’t wait to welcome you through our doors and share this dream come true with the community that made it possible. Stay tuned for updates as we get closer to opening day,” according to LCB.

LCB already has two mobile drive-thru coffee shops in the area, including 427 North Willow and its first expansion at 801 S Jefferson Avenue in Cookeville.

From What Now Nashville:

“Our biggest motto is buying local,” Brian told What Now Nashville. “When we built our trailers, we tried to do all local woods, bought the trailers local, and any vendors we use for products, we try to use local [vendors]. We want to support the towns we’re in.”

The menu will feature:

  • Annie Oakley (coconut with dark chocolate drizzle)
  • The Bandit (caramel with dark chocolate drizzle)
  • cinnamon-focused coffee beverage Smoke Wagon
  • Smoothies and teas

Open Monday to Friday: 6 a.m.–6 p.m.; Saturday: 7 a.m.–5 p.m.; Sunday: 8 a.m.–1 p.m. For more information, visit LCB on Facebook HERE, call 931-644-6197 or email Longhorncookevilletn@gmail.com.
