Local Electrical Company Earns Top Honor for Customer Service
Electric company serving the Cookeville area wins top honor for customer service and profitability
Cookeville, TN (May 30, 2017) – Hard work and a focus on customer service pays off for Mister Sparky® serving the Cookeville area. The company was recently awarded the President’s Award by Direct Energy® at the company’s National Franchise Convention in Las Vegas. Mister Sparky is part of the Direct Energy family of brands. This is the company’s top honor given to its home services brands.
To earn this distinction a company must have double digit profitability, a double digit sales increase and a Net Promoter Score® (NPS) of 70 and above. NPS is a score companies use to measure their customer’s experience. According to NPS an average company may have a score of 5-10 and this score ranks among the top companies nationwide. The company is independently owned and operated by Randal Petrie.
