Chamber Celebrates Milestone Anniversary For Community Healthcare Institution

(UCBJ) – Livingston Regional Hospital (LRH) is celebrating 50 years at its 315 Oak Street campus. The Livingston-Overton County Chamber of Commerce and community leaders recently recognized that milestone.

“Proud to join in the celebration of Livingston Regional Hospital’s 50th year at 315 Oak Street,” according to The Livingston-Overton County Chamber of Commerce.

The hospital covers a seven-county primary care area and employs more than 350 people caring for around 90,000 patients every year.

“While LRH’s history of serving our community stretches back even further, this campus has been home for the last fifty years, a place where new babies are welcomed into the world, where folks come to heal, and where our neighbors know they can turn whenever they need care.”

The 114-bed facility is an important institution in Overton County.

“We’re grateful for everyone at LRH who shows up every single day to take care of our community,” according to The Livingston-Overton County Chamber of Commerce. “Here’s to 50 years at this location, and to many more ahead!”
